Custom integrations

Your process. Connected the way it actually works.

Different tools, custom fields, and handoffs that are unique to your team. Bring us the workflow and we'll build the connections in between.

An example custom workflow: an intake form creates matched CRM records and TC tasks, a person confirms key dates, and the transaction file is linked.

Connect your tools

We link the apps your business runs on, including internal tools and the systems specific to your team.

Build the handoff

We map the information, people, and events that turn a request into finished work.

Keep it running

We operate and maintain the workflow, and adjust it as your process changes.

Where teams start

Less copying. More finished work.

Most projects begin with one handoff that someone repeats every day.

How we work together

A clear job. A concrete result.

We start with one complete workflow, then agree on the build and the support it needs.

  1. 1

    Show us the process

What starts the work, which tools are involved, and what done looks like.

  2. 2

    Define the connection

We confirm access, fields, actions, and where a person should stay in the loop.

  3. 3

    Build and test together

We walk through the finished workflow with you before it goes into daily use.

  4. 4

    Run and improve

We maintain the connection and adjust it as your team grows.

Questions

Good to know.

Do we need to change the tools we use?

No. DoorEngine is built around the tools you already have. The point is to connect them, not replace them.

Which tools can you connect?

Many real estate and business tools offer API access, and some require an approval step first. We confirm what each provider allows for your accounts before we build anything.

How is a project priced?

Each project is scoped to your workflow: an implementation fee to build it, plus ongoing operation and support. We'll walk through it once we understand the job.

Where does a person stay involved?

Wherever you want. We agree up front which steps run automatically and which need a person to review or confirm.

What are you still doing by hand?

Describe the repetitive work between your tools. That's where we'll start.
